The width of the text in this email must have cropped it. I open the
config.php file and the lines like the one you mentioned are properly
commented. I haven't removed the //'s. Does anything else look amiss?

The comments at the beggining of the file are not no properly commented.
All
non-php lines need to be either surrounded by /* and */ or else be preceded
with //.
This line for instance:

needs to be preceded with //
This goes for about 2/3's of the header portion of your file...
