If the lots password email thing does not work, you can always go edit the account in your MySQL database. Do you have access to the DB or is it hosted?
I usually go in with PHPAdmin, use the web interface to browse to the gl_users table and change the PW on the admin account. Make sure you choose MD5 as the type otherwise it won't come through properly.
