Duh! Sorry - I should have known better.
That's from the "Are you secure?" block. It checks if you followed the installation instructions and deleted your admin/install directory. Since it seems you did that, you can now safely disable or delete that block.
But how can I be sure that I really did delete my admin/install directory? Because of this error, I don't know if that block is working correctly.
