[geeklog-users] Turn off forum post notification?

Could someone tell me how to turn off forum post notification? I 
accidentally clicked a link that signed me up for emails eveytime a new 
post is made to the gl forums. I'm real sorry if this is easily found 
somewhere but I've searched all over but I can't seem to find where to 
turn it off.  

BTW it would be nice if the email notification had a link directly to 
turn it off. :-)
