I am a complete newbie when it comes to php (but not averse to learning), so I really need some detailed instructions. RTFM won't help me in the short term and I would really like to make the change in less time than it will take me to RTFM.

Can someone please tell me how to customize the copyright statement that is
put at the bottom of the page? I want to add a statement that content is
licensed under a Creative Commons license, add the suitable logo.
