The first thing to check is to make sure that new server has register_globals enabled. If you haven't already, you should make sure that your browser's cookies and cache have been cleared out.
Ah, yes, register globals! I had completely forgotten that GL required those. I turned it on and it appears that everything is good to go. Thanks for you help.
