I upgraded recently from Ubuntu 10.04 to 12.04, using KDE. having same
problem as davewh: Drag and drop has stopped working within geeqie--that
is, if I drag an image name/icon from the lower file list pane into a
folder in the upper file list pane, it no longer works as it used to.
Like with davewh, if I hold down Ctrl or Shift it works but without those
keys the menu does not pop up like it should (that would let me choose
copy/move/symlik). Did not compile geeqie, just using the v1.0 package that
came with the distribution.
I also use geeqie as a file manager from my images--it works extremely well
for this, as you can easily see the images you're copying/moving around, so
I'd like to get this functionality back if possible.
