Hi there,I've just read this comment
http://sourceforge.net/p/geeqie/mailman/message/31362099/ on Geeqie's
mailing list and I was thinking about this comment
> So I plan to triage the bugs somewhat. Unfortunately there is also this

I have zero experience as developer/programmer,but as a normal user, may
I chime in to suggest that traditional tools like Bugzilla and Github
are way easier to deal with for, well, normal users ?

I can't see a mailing list as an efficient tool to track and manage
bugs, and I too am not too keen on sourceforge's interface.

Geeqie is shaping up as a great image viewer,at first I didn't think
much of it,but now I've come back to it and having given it another
shot,I can see how really good it is:it's a simple, fast and effective
program,it just needs more users and testers to iron out some bugs and a
careful planning for new features that should be strictly limited to its
original purpose.

Best regards,
