I don't know if what you ask for is possible, although I suspect the answer is that it's perfectly possible but has not been implemented yet. But development of the org mode support for geiser is conducted outside this list and independently from the geiser code base, and i am not sure any of its developers reads this list: i'd suggest sending an email to the relevant org-mode list.
