*Di Chille para pelaku kejahatan HAM semasa diktator Pinochet tetap dihadapkan ke pengadilan, di negara rezim neo-Mojopahit para penjahat zaman Soeharto tetap berkuasa dan pegang kunci pemerintahan. Itulah Pancasilanya! hehehehehe*

Adriana Rivas, a long-time Australian resident recently working as a nanny, has been charged with seven counts of "aggravated kidnapping" from her time with Dirección de Inteligenca Nacional (DINA) and is the subject of a campaign by members of the Chilean community in Australia. She is now considered a fugitive by Chilean authorities and the country's Supreme Court publicly sought her extradition in January 2014 so she could stand trial <http://www.smh.com.au/national/chile-seeks-extradition-of-pinochetera-torture-murder-suspect-20140117-310db.html>, most notably for a charge concerning her alleged involvement in the disappearance and murder of a Communist Party leader in 1976. Upon receiving the request, the Australian government asked for further information. Fairfax Media understands that detail, painstakingly translated and evaluated against Australia's extradition standards, was provided in January this year. Since then, a community campaign backed by various federal MPs has ramped up, calling for the government to grant the request urgently. We see this is as a really important human rights case," Pilar Aguilera, an organiser of the National Campaign for Truth and Justice in Chile, told Fairfax Media. "We don't want Australia to be seen as a country that harbours people who commit human rights abuses … There are hundreds of Chilean-Australians who arrived here fleeing the dictatorship and there would be hundreds of relatives of people who were disappeared by the dictatorship."
