However, the people of the entire world would like to try to make war is somethat more civilized by establishing a rule of the game in the form of International Law of War, among others is the socalled Geneve Convention that prohibits the utilization of chemical and biological weapons, torture of the opponents and so forth. As the United States Congress has already ratified it, then the US is also a subject to the Geneva Convention and accordingly it should be abided by that convention. Violation to any rule of Geneva Convention concerned means a crime and the vilator is nothing but a war criminal. Owing to this violation a war tribunal h as been organized in Kuala Lumpur iNovember 19th through 22nd, 2011 in strict accordance with the way such the war tribunal organized in Nurnberg when German suspected war criminals were prosecuted. George W. Bush including Tony Blair who were suspected as war criminals, prosecuted and senterced in that Kuala Lumpur War Tribunal. That War Tribunal in Kualalumpur is quite legal with the judges came from all over the world and according;y its vertiuct is quite legitimated.
