Pd does *not* crash here (tested with the same libvlc (2.0.6-1) but on an i386
machine running debian).

Hello,
Using VLC plugin crash Pd.
Removing the symlink solve this problem.
Can I help to enable this plugin in a patch ?
Configuration :
Ubuntu 13.04, Pd 0.44.3, Gem ver: 0.93.git 374f713.
