Ok, I found a mistake in my code. In fixing up the copyrights on the
.isa files, I whacked some comments below the copyright block because
I wasn't properly detecting the end of the copyright block. I really
need help from people to find these sorts of bugs. I've easily spent
100 hrs on repository conversion an licensing issues over the past
year to try to get this thing out the door. I implore you each to
spend an hour looking at old revisions diffing the old tree and the
new tree and generally trying to find problems with my conversion
script. Please, please, please. Once this is done, the repo is open
and free after one year of struggle.

Please!

  Nate
