        inorder-mips: Remove eaComp & memAcc; use 'visible' eaComp
        Inorder expects eaComp to be visible through StaticInst object. This 
mirrors a similar change
        to ALPHA... Needs to be done for SPARC and whatever other ISAs want to 
use InOrderCPU
