Ok, I confirmed that everything built.  If you don't mind, I 'm going
to fold some of the diffs in this series.  I'll also do this to the
patches:

s/powerpc/power/g;
s/PowerPC/Power/g;
s/Powerpc/Power/g;

All sound reasonable?  Are you OK with calling the ISA power?  I guess
linux and freebsd call the directory powerpc, but linux has POWER7
support in the powerpc directory which does seem odd.
