splitting it up. The single decoder.isa was split into an ARM and thumb
part, for instance. I wouldn't be too alarmed by that unless something
isn't working properly.

Yes. As far as I can tell from the web repository browser, the files in
your warnings are all fine. I think mercurial was just a little anxious
when a single file became multiple other files.
