i read the mailing list about compiling error during compilation of
m5 2.0b3,i also got the same error,
TypeError: putenv() argument 2 must be string, not instance:

if somebody reply to this then i will be grateful to him.i mailed so many
times in this list,but yet to get a response,if no one will respond then how
come a new user like me will learn?
