I agree. I just want it to be easy and a bit more integrated. I noticed the SCons stuff for Doxygen, is it useful? I know it's LGPL, but we can just stick it in ext and I don't think it should matter much. Finally, it would be nice if we could get people to get rid of all of their Doxygen warnings. Before people commit, they should be compiling everything anyway, so compiling all of doxygen as part of compiling everything makes sense to me. Getting rid of warnings will help us keep the documentation in better shape.
