You're right, I have done a little work on that. From what I remember
it was fairly straight-forward as long as any changes in the system you
use to make checkpoints are also reflected in the system used to restore
from checkpoints. I don't have any documentation beyond what's
available on the website, I'm afraid. The best thing to do is just try
out taking a checkpoint, then restoring it and seeing if it works.
There's no reason why it shouldn't!

on the mailing lists directly unless they request that you do so.
