Since by default this flag is False, and caches.py does not set that to true 
for L2, so u can use that in the regular cache function in order to print 
particularly for L2 as follows:

if (isTopLevel == false){
DPRINTF (Cache, "");
}

This will just print when L2 will access the cache functions
