I am trying to run PARSEC benchmark in FS mode using the Blackscholes benchmark in detailed mode. The time taken is very large (24+ hours). In fact, I stopped it after 24 hours because I am afraid that the system was hung. The simulator had not entered the ROI in the last run. If anyone is aware of the approximate time taken, please let me know. If it is run in non-detailed mode, it completes in about 95 minutes. I need to run it in detailed mode because I would like to study the effect of prefetching on cache performance under different conditions.
I would appreciate any help and suggestions.
