Hi,
I'm also a newbie on gem5 and I have some tough time on gem5. In my
experience, you can see the screen if you connect to port 5900 with vnc
viewer.
and don't forget the "true color" option of vnc settings. bbench simulation
takes very long time. it maybe took 7 hours in my i3 2100 system. the
result screen - a browser page also can be found from the vnc viewer. if
you have an android phone, you can also run the bbench on your real phone.
