hi,I want to using a ruby to make a experiment about cache coherence protocol, and I analysis the meaning of simulation output ,which is default named as ruby.stats, by 'grep' const string in sources code. But, some string can't fount in './src/mem/ruby'. eg. --- L1Cache --- - Event Counts - Load [1429119 976806 1107142 1177241 12328993 4698078 4566595 1399740 950340 950852 950330 952565 949866 950123 950327 949787 ] 35287904 Ifetch [6875579 4542399 5155742 5595673 73685809 23615239 24242522 6804963 4397947 4392749 4389381 4404628 4390758 4396585 4393786 4401723 ] 185685483 'Event Counts' or 'Load' or 'Ifetch' can't 'grep' in './src/mem/ruby', so there is no way to understand the meaning of following numbers. Do you have some document about ruby.stats or some better method to analysis it? Thanks. Chuanlei
The relevant coherence protocol files are in src/mem/protocol. You can find a description of the protocols on gem5's website -- www.gem5.org.
