Doing a quick check, I pulled the two wiki sources into vimdiff and it
looks like there aren't any additions on the old side except for a section
I added about adding your own debug flags.

I can try to look at it more closely and see if anything else needs to be
moved over.

Though I was getting some kind of errors when trying to make wiki
modifications earlier today:

Internal error

Set *$wgShowExceptionDetails = true;* at the bottom of LocalSettings.php to
show detailed debugging information.
