[gem5-users] '::' symbol in stat file

Dear all
in the latest version of gem5, I see some scope symbols '::'
system.cpu.icache.occ_blocks::switch_cpus.inst             52.139464
                    # Average occupied blocks per requestor
system.cpu.icache.occ_blocks::cpu.inst                    459.140145
                    # Average occupied blocks per requestor

what does that mean? Can you explain?
