I am not able to understand what DDR type of memory is used by the Ruby
Memory System. Could you please clarify it or let me know from where I can
find the specifications of the memory system? I am looking forward to
modifying the memory type to another alternative memory( e.g. DDR3, PCRAM,
etc) here. Your guidance will be appreciated.


I don't know which DDR memory the Ruby memory controller is based on. I think it should not really matter. It seems that you would only need to set the parameters correctly for simulating different types of DDR memory.
