In fact, http://reviews.gem5.org/r/1809/ more or less adds read/write latencies
to the caches. It might be worth you having a look, and provide any feedback to
Xiangyu if there's something you're missing.
When it comes to the main memory you could trivially add it to the SimpleMemory
(as Ali already pointed out). When it comes to the DRAM(-like) behaviour we
could very well add write/read latency instead of the current tCL. Feel free to
give it a stab and post a patch :-)
