I’m using gem5 to simulate a multi-core system in a 4GB memory host PC. The host time used to run the “gobmk” is about 300s when the system is configured as single core.
However, the host time increases to hours when the system is configured as 4 core! Does the nonlinear grows of the host time come from the limited resource of my PC or from the natural of gem5?
