Hi,

You should change the disk model from CowIDE to RawIDE in the
FSConfig.py.

Best regards,

Yongbing Huang

Subject: [gem5-users] How to save a file in the disk image?

Hi all,

I boot the Linux kernel in a full system mode. Then I enter the
booted system using term and create a new file in a directory (such as /home
).

However, when I exit the Gem5, I cannot find the created file in the disk
image.

How to configure the simulator to save the created file in the disk
image when I exit Gem5?

Can anybody help me. Thanks in advance.

Best regard,

Fei Xia
