Hi, I am trying to implement NUCA using gem5 w/ ruby. I read this webpage saying MOESI_CMP-directory is multiple chips while MESI_CMP-directory is single chip (http://www.m5sim.org/Ruby). I didn't find any more information about 'multiple chips'. Also as from the source code, I think both MESI and MOESI supports different network, varied latencies, etc. So could you please tell me what exactly the differences are btw these two protocols? And which one shall I use to implement NUCA?
