I have been looking online, and there have been some discussions of simpoints and updates of the se.py script to support them.
I have been able to run an application and create the BBV file. How do I now turn this into a set of checkpoints? It seems that some of the options discussed online are not supported in the standard release. I looked at the file and could not really understand the format. Is there any way to tell how many checkpoint will be generated, and where they are (instruction wise)? I see how to create periodic checkpoints, but that is not really what I am after. Any pointers to the process or documentation would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike Upton
