Hi Hyukjoong, The traffic generator has a TRACE state that is able to play back packet traces. Have a look at http://www.gem5.org/General_Memory_System#Traffic_analysis_and_memory_trace_capture
There is an example in the regressions tests. See http://grok.gem5.org/xref/gem5/tests/quick/se/70.tgen/tgen-simple-mem.cfg When it comes to the actual contents of the trace file, it needs to be in the protobuf encoded format. There is an example script in util/encode_packet_trace.py, and I would suggest to modify that to fit your needs. Good luck.
