These days, I am trying to do dvfs experiment.Now,I have some questions about
it.
1 Could you tell me whether there is some benchmarks in DVFS-enabled Linux
kernel : linux-linaro-tracking-gem5 ? If no ,how to run a
already-complied-gem5 bench, like bbench or spec?
2 When I was use this command
command line: ./build/ARM/gem5.opt --debug-flags=DVFS,EnergyCtrl
--debug-file=dfvs_debug.log --stats-file=ValS7505.2percore-stats.txt
configs/example/fs.py --cpu-type=AtomicSimpleCPU -n 2
--machine-type=VExpress_EMM
--kernel=/home/jinsong/gem5/linux-linaro-tracking-gem5/vmlinux
--dtb-filename=/home/jinsong/gem5/linux-linaro-tracking-gem5/arch/arm/boot/dts/vexpress-v2p-ca15-tc1-gem5_dvfs_per_core_2cpus.dtb
--disk-image=/home/jinsong/gem5/dist/disks/arm-ubuntu-natty-headless.img
'--cpu-clock=[1 GHz,750 MHz,500 MHz]' -b ValStreamScale
In this command ,I add -b ValStreamScale.When I run this command and into the
m5term ,I find I can't set the options of the DVFS and the <login> interface
did not appear. Why this happens and how can I solve it
