Hi MinKyu Lee, If you want to do this “properly”, I would suggest to use ProbePoints. There is a good infrastructure for getting this type of information, and the interface is very generic. You could create probe points in the CPU objects, and then register your custom probe to get the information. Have a look at the ArmPMU class which effectively relies on this to populate the performance counters.
