Hi Khaled,

Do you want the two instances to communicate? If not, all you have to do is to 
make sure the two instances don’t use the same output directory (using –r).

You can have multiple systems inside the same gem5 instance, communicating over 
Ethernet. As Mohammad says, there is also an effort to allow multiple gem5 
instances to run in a distributed (but co-ordinated) fashion.

Lots of choices :-)
