Hi Louisa Bessad, I'm still a newbie in gem5, but try to go to this link : https://github.com/CMU-SAFARI/ramulator . If you can combine the ramulator with the gem5, I believe you can get the memory properties (LPDDR3 & LPDDR4) that you are looking for.
