Hi Yanzhao,

It is all quite straight forward. pmemAddr is the base address on the host (as
stated in abstract_mem.hh). hostAddr is simply the host address of a specific
packet (by adding the offset to the base, pmemAddr).

Subject: [gem5-users] hostAddr, pmemAddr and pkt->getAddr

Hi all,

I am unable to understand "hostAddr", " pmemAddr" and "pkt->getAddr" in
abstrcat_mem.cc are used to do.i think "hostAddr" is the address of
host,"pkt->getAddr" is the address of guest of simulate, but i don't know
"pmemAddr" is used to do.
Can anyone please help me to understand this?

Thanks!
