Thanks for you reply. Yes ARM kernel can’t work on X86 gem5.So I make a new X86
linux kernel.It works!
But now I got a problem in make a new disk image. I follow this
http://www.lowepower.com/jason/setting-up-gem5-full-system.html
<http://www.lowepower.com/jason/setting-up-gem5-full-system.html> tutorial to
make a ubuntu-16 disk image. I think it is too complicated to use in gem5. It
will make my computer crash when booting. I also try
http://www.lowepower.com/jason/creating-disk-images-for-gem5.html
<http://www.lowepower.com/jason/creating-disk-images-for-gem5.html> this. But
it will also crash and OS will kill gem5 process. Here is the output before
crash.
console [netcon0] enabled
netconsole: network logging started
VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem) on device 3:1.
Freeing unused kernel memory: 356k freed
Mount failed for selinuxfs on /sys/fs/selinux: No such file or directory

init: ureadahead main process (995) terminated with status 5
init: plymouth-upstart-bridge main process (1009) terminated with status 1

Do you have any ideal to make a lightweight disk image?
