For some reason that syscall is only built if you set a flag. Recompile the
simulator like so:

scons -j$(nproc) build/GCN3_X86/gem5.opt --ignore-style SLICC_HTML=True
CCFLAGS_EXTRA="-DSYS_getdents -DSYS_getdents64"
