Hi everyone -- I have a very quick and hopefully easy to answer question
regarding the isLockedRMW flag:
Is a LockedRMW also always a fence instruction? For example, will an mfence
instruction in x86 always be considered a lockedRMW?
The only information I can find on this is actually from this mailing list, but
many years ago and the answer still doesn't seem perfectly clear.
