Hello Previously, when experimenting with MESI or MOESI coherence protocol, the approach was to build the gem5.opt for the specific protocol. For example
scons -j4 build/ARM_MESI_3_level/gem5.opt --default=ARM PROTOCOL=MESI_Three_Level SLICC_HTML=True I would like to experiment with the CHI protocol. Do I also need to build the gem5.opt executable with PROTOCOL=CHI? Any pointers to where the above is detailed would be appreciated. Tks in advance JO
