Hello, I have a working patched BigTsunami setup. My current setup works for 4 processors, but I am interested in scaling to 8-64. For now I just want to have a working setup, as I am okay with 8-64 processors running on a single bus sharing a single L2 Cache. At the moment I am getting various errors (segmentiaton faults to bad error address, diff error for different # of processor), which is leading to my question: What do I need to consider in terms of parameters and setup wise in order to properly execute 8-64 processors?
I am not worried about the inefficiencies of the setup, ie bus based or perfect size of cache, I just want to be error free. The only thing I have changed is to have the same total # of mshrs for each level of cache. I am currently using a development m5 version changeset 6227. Currently I am trying to have a successfull run using PARSEC benchmarks (Dedup where I am matching the number of threads to the number of processors). Thanks in advance, EF
