If you've asked a question on the m5-users mailing list, don't ask the same copy/pasted question again one or two days later if you don't get an immediate response. This just creates extra clutter in peoples in boxes and won't get your question answered any faster. If you do ask again, make it more likely someone will be able to answer you by providing more detail, looking into the problem more on your own in the mean time, and asking a more specific/simplified question. Also, don't email developers directly unless specifically asked to do so. It's important that everyone has a chance to hear about whatever issue you might be having. and hear the solution in case they have the same problem now or in the future. We'll see your question either way.
