That version of gcc should be ok. How did you get your copy of M5? Did
you check it out from mercurial or download it in a tarball?
m5_system_2.0b3 are files related to M5, but not M5 itself. If you used
mercurial, you can use "hg log -l 1" to show you what the most recent
changeset was. I would recommend using the "m5" repository where active
devlopment is done since that has the most up to date code. I'm assuming
you haven't made any modifications to m5. If you have you should look at
those first.
