Right, I'm suggesting that two things be noted on the ID checklist:
(1) For the UK (+44) fictitious range, one MUST select an area code
listed on Ofcom's web page for which 496-0xxx is a drama number
range. For example, 0151 and 0161 are ok, but 0191 is not,
even though there is a drama number range in 0191.
(2) There are additional UK drama number ranges on Ofcom's web page
that may be useful. For example, IMHO, the enum validation draft
made a good choice in selecting a number for the single-number-
allocation example from the UK drama number block for Premium
    Rate Services.

Fair enough. [I wonder why the drama ranges are different for some area codes. Oh well.] Perhaps the ID checklist should use the drama range from the ficticious 01632 area code for specific illustrations? It could then have a note explaining there are other (types of) numbers and area codes that can be used for examples followed by a link to the Ofcom web page.
the checklist should IMHO list a single UK drama number range and say where the definition comes from (and that there are more there), so that reviewers can go there if needed.

+44 151 496 0xxx.

KISS for the users.

("drama number"... what a term.... what next........?)
