As long as you're talking to Mark, we're good.
I think we're well within the range of what the IESG can do with RFC
Editor notes (as things turned out, I think my original review
comments could have been handled this way, although sending the RFC
Editor a clean draft is always less error-prone).
Right, I prefer to get documents as close to finished before the IESG
reads it, as well as before it goes to the RFC Editor. Editor's notes
are not something I like to rely on for more than a few tweaks. Given
the speed in which Spencer, Yoshi and Alper seemed to be operating here,
I thought that a new version by today would be a reasonable goal to
shoot for. I'll let the IESG know that the new version is out.
