2. EnvelopedData 

   EnvelopedData supports a number of key management techniques.  
   Implementations that claim conformance to this document MUST support 
   the key transport mechanisms and SHOULD support the key agreement 
   mechanisms.  

These sentences are hard to decode for an outsider. There seem to be at least 3
missing references.  Which "key transport mechanisms" and which "key agreement 
mechanisms" does it refer to? Does it just mean "as defined below" or is there
more to it than that? I would also repeat [RFC5652] after "EnevelopedData"
for complete clarity.
