I organized it as a table, so you can sort by author if you are looking from some author, or you can sort by format, if you want to identify reliable sources, or by date etc. I want to move it from a personal sandbox to some better location, not sure whether it belongs in a Wikipedia page or a Meta page. I'm also looking for feedback on the list of formats, whether additional fields would be helpful, and how to make sure additional items are added, so we can have a comprehensive list in one location.
