i dont understand..... downloading via Satellite? Do you mean like NOT through your Modem or Cable setup?
Is this in anyway related to the recent news release from Cablevision that they are going to be monitoring peoples accounts and limiting residential users to only (not sure on the number ) 500Gig a month? Something like that if thats the case, let me state some info here.
