as long as you used the SAVE TAG button after each information change, and
more or less hit REFHRESH (sometimes not important)
you are actually rewriting the headers of the mp3 file (WMA FILE) / audio
file.

This way no matter what you load the song into next, (diff program on diff
or same machine) the information you added in will be reflected.

Again this is ONLY as long as you used the SAVE TAG button.

Subject: [General-discussion] Moving library to a different computer and
driveletter

Hi,

I'm going to be moving my music library to a different computer and drive.
Is windows going to give me a "hard time" about this? I've ripped almost all
of the music files using media player.

Also, does SAM keep all song information in the song file (after I've saved
all tags), including fading information?
